You may recall that we visited your dealership recently on our way from Chicago to New Orleans, when a cylinder coil failed on my 2003 Acura TL about 100 miles outside of Memphis.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you once again for your gracious, prompt, and caring service. You went out of your way to talk to us while we were on the road, get us into the service department, and to quickly find the problem and offer to repair it on the spot. We were extremely pleased by the service we received, despite the fact that we are not even a customer of your dealership. Your follow-up phone call was a pleasant surprise as well, and great customer service.

"Above and Beyond"
I wanted to express my appreciation to John Lau. My wife, Kelly, purchased an Acura MDX through John back in May. A couple of weeks ago, she was driving and got a flat tire. She didn't think she hit anything and thought the tire may have been defective. I was out of town performing military duty and wasn't around to help my wife bring the car in to get the tire replaced. She called your dealership and John, our salesman, volunteered to come pick up the car, bring it in for service and return it to our house. This was above and beyond what any salesman has ever done for us in the past and didn't want John's extra efforts to go unnoticed. He is an excellent member of your team and we will definitely look to him when it comes time for our next Acura.

"Purchase Experience"
Just a short note to thank Acura of Memphis and Hassan Lindsey
individually for taking the stress out of our recent auto purchase.
Buying a car is not something that my family and I take for granted.
Before entering the dealership, we owned 2 cars. One is 16 years old,
and one is 9 years old, so you can see this is something that we do not
do every day. We made this a family affair with each of us inputting
what we wanted in a car, although this was to be my wife's dream car.
As you can imagine, all this "input" from different generations
produced different likes and dislikes. Hassan handled this process
very professionally and was able to address all of our questions in an
informative way. As I told him, this car cost more than my house cost
when I purchased it 36 years ago. I got value in my house, and I feel
I got value in this car. I can say I was not so much "Sold" a car. I
"Bought" a car. There is a difference.
My wife and I look
forward to a long and happy relationship with Acura of Memphis.
Hopefull it will be filled with regular maintenance visits and nothing
major. However, after meeting with your service manager and your
staff, I feel assured that even the unexpected will be taken care of as
quickly and professionally as possible. Keep up the good work and
